Cornucopia restaurant has a romantic atmosphere, enhanced by candles
and vaulted stone ceilings.
Wake up in the morning to our enriched buffet breakfast.
For those who wish a light lunch we have a special snack menu that
is served either in the restaurant or outside by the pool. For dinner
you have a choice of either A’ la carte or Table D’Hote
menus both with a variety of local and international cuisine. Particular
favorites with our repeat clients are our Friday Carvery nights
and our barbecue nights in the summer.
Poolside barbecues are held weekly in the summer
season (normally from June to September) and twice a week in August.
During the barbecue you can eat as much as you like from our buffet
offering home made soup, assorted salads and rice, baked potatoes,
barbecued chicken, fish, spare ribs, lamb chops and sausages. Finish
off with fresh fruit, ice cream a variety of home made cakes and
coffee. All this is accompanied by music and dancing. When the evenings
start to cool down we move this inside and instead offer our ‘Friday
Carvery’. Here we also offer an all you can eat buffet with
home made soups, pasta and a variety of salads. Our chef will also
carve you a generous helping from a choice of succulent roasts including
Prime Rib of beef or leg of Lamb and Smoked Ham served with freshly
prepared vegetables and potatoes. Fish is also available to order.
You can then finish of with a choice of sweets or cheese and biscuits
and coffee. Here you can also enjoy and dance to the music of our
resident band.
The rustic lounge bar is a cosy place for a drink
before calling it a day. |
