A copious buffet breakfast available at the restaurant will see you through the morning. At lunchtime snacks and light lunches are served either in the restaurant or, weather permitting, outside by the pool. CARVERY NIGHTS & POOLSIDE BBQS

The Carvery nights and the poolside barbecues, are firm favourites at the Cornucopia. The poolside barbecues are held every Friday during the summer season (normally from June to September) and on Tuesdays and Fridays in August. Help yourself to home-made soup and pasta, beef steaks, chicken, fish, pork, lamb, sausages, assorted salads and rice, baked jacket potatoes, vegetables, fresh fruit, ice cream, sweets and coffee while dancing the night away to the music by the live band.

The Carvery nights are also great events with live music which are held in the hotel restaurant every Friday during the cooler months. A generous buffet of food, including home-made soup, a variety of salads, a choice of succulent roasts such as prime rib of beef, leg of lamb and smoked ham are served along with freshly-prepared vegetables and potatoes, sweets, cheese board and biscuits as well as coffee.
