What are the check-in and checkout times?

Check-in commences at 15:00 and check-out is by noon.

Can you organise airport transfers?

Do you offer car hire services?

How do we book a room at the Hotel ta’ Cenc& Spa?

Use the booking section in this website and submit all information required. If you do not wish to use our online booking system, you may email us on info@tacenchotel.com.

How do I check availability of hotel rooms as well as their prices?

You can check by using our online booking section, emailing us on info@tacenchotel.com or phoning our Reservations Department on (00356) 2219 1000.

What is your cancellation policy?

Different rates have different cancellation policies. Please refer to the rate terms and conditions when booking.

When is the balance due?

Please refer to the terms and conditions of the rate type booked.

Does the hotel accept credit cards?

All major credit cards are accepted including VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

What are the restaurant opening times?

Breakfast: 07:00 – 10:30
Lunch: 12:30 – 15:00
Dinner: 19:00 – 22:00

What does breakfast consist of?

A full buffet breakfast is served and an À La Carte menu is also available. Please see Our Commitment to you during COVID-19 for changes to services provided.

What happens if breakfast is missed due to early flight departure?

A packed breakfast can be prepared for you at no extra charge. One has to advise our receptionist on duty at least a day before.

Are special diets catered for?

We cater for just about any special diets, but advance notice is preferred.

Do you supply pool towels?

Pool towels are available in the hotel room.

Do you offer a babysitting service?

An in-room babysitting service is available. Please contact the front office to book a babysitter, ideally at least 24 hours in advance.

How far is it to the nearest supermarket/bank/pharmacy?

These can all be found approximately 2km away in the village square.

Are pets allowed?

Regrettably we are unable to accommodate pets.

Does the hotel have a car park?

The hotel has a sizable car park, which is complimentary for residents’ use.

What is the electrical supply and socket type used in Malta?

The electrical supply is 240 volts, single phase, 50 cycles. The 13 amps, three-pin rectangular sockets are used.

Will I have access to medical care if I need it?

The Maltese Islands enjoy world-class medical care, which is free to EU citizens (providing they have a European Health Insurance Card). A doctor is on-call 24-hours a day (at a charge) and polyclinics are open across the island until 19:00 everyday; the nearest one to the hotel is in Victoria.

Is Wi-Fi offered in the hotel?

Wi-Fi is offered free of charge throughout the hotel.
